Former Groovy Ghoulies mainstay and front-man started life anew and went on his own back in 2007. Now Kepi Ghoulie is gonna help us entertain all you freakin’ Zombies coming out to the 4th Omaha Zombie Walk, Oct. 15th, 2011!
Needless to say, we are pretty excited. I have been looking at some late Kepi You Tube videos, and the live shows look friggin’ outrageous! He’s been playing new stuff and old, which I like from any band. Kepi Ghoulie, however, has a little different sound from his former band. Personally, I love it. I first heard of “American Gothic” in a review on punknews.org, then listened, and it was great! He is going to do an acoustic set, which is totally rockin’ from what I have seen on YouTube. Also, we are asking Kepi if we can learn his songs and do some plugged in ear-bleedin’ electric Rock’nRoll as well! Here is a couple songs from his Myspace site to give you a little taste of what’s to make history at this year’s Omaha Zombie Walk!
